Entire roof replaced by Remedial. Their pricing came in mid-table amongst a shortlist of 5. What differentiated them was expertise, clarity and transparency they provided from the outset. A willingness to explore ways to reduce cost and not up-sell and/or inflate scope. Joe (who heads up their team) instinctively garners trust and was easy to deal with and always available. They work on premium resi jobs in Weybridge/Oxshott etc which provides reassurance. Execution went relatively smoothly. Workers were hardworking, fast and trustworthy. Snags rectified easily. High quality service.

The communication with Joe at RR right from the outset was great, responsive to questions and guidance provided was accurate. Quote was in line with others and it was the final cost. No hidden extras, despite the usual minor adaptations during the works. RR had the scafffolding in place within 72 hours once a start date was agreed, roof team arrived and completed the work in two and a half days. Scaffolding was removed very soon after and in line with schedule. Site was clean and tidy during works and at the end of each day.

The team were really helpful end to end, from initial contact and engagement through to completing repair. They were fast, quiet and thorough. Would definitely use again.

Joe was very generous in speaking to me for 30+ minutes as to the best approach at removing foam insulation from my loft. Broke down into detail every last thing.
