  Replacement Worcester Bosch combi boiler

  Our family boiler broke on new year's day. Tom did a replacement Worcester Bosch combi boiler within a week. He is very knowledgeable about boilers and worked efficiently to get it all sorted, including the replacement flue (the old one was no longer compatible).   is very friendly, great with communication, and made time for us last minute with a boiler issue. Tom came for the initial investigation and was efficient and knowledgeable. A part was needed which was quickly ordered! David, who works with Tom, came to fit the part for us, and was also great. David was very friendly, really personable, and clearly well experienced also. Wonderful to support a small business and even better when they’re great at what they do. Thanks Tom, if I have an issue in the future you’re the first I’d contact for help.

  Emergency boiler replacement

  Gas boiler in tenanted property stopped providing hot water 3 days before Christmas. Our maintenance man reported that the diverter valve was broken. Tom recommended to replace the boiler as it was 13 years old. Initially he was to install new boiler on Christmas Eve however, his previous job had not finished. Installation was done on the 27th but the glue was too high so additional support was needed to install the flue. He kindly provided the tenants with a heater while the heating was off and only charged us for the extra labour in addition to the original quote.

  Tap replacement

  The plumber replaced three taps in my bathroom and demonstrated exemplary professionalism throughout. They arrived punctually and completed the work to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.
