Great and quick communication from Tom, and he kept me up to date with when the pump would be installed. It was fitted on no time at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Tom was friendly and up front about the work that needed to be carried out. His team fitted a new boiler the following day without issue.

Mayfair Plumbers were first to indicate interest and contacted me immediately. They had an engineer available next morning and the first hour would cost £150 plus vat. I signed up to this and he arrived circa 08:30 in the morning. He quickly identified the general area of the leak and quotes £1400 for a Track and Trace operation to find the precise point of the leak and to fix it. I agreed to this and he indicated that he would minimise the wall or floor damage that would be necessary. In fact, he only needed to remove one wall tile, found the problem and fixed it successfully.

Super transparent about pricing and incredibly quick and efficient - when a job needed to be moved to a different day they were quick and communicative at rearranging and I’m happy with the completed work!
