Fast and efficient service. Professional attitude in explaining the defects and how best to resolve. Would only replace components if they were beyond repair and at end of life.

Brilliant, listened to my plans, advised the best products, problem solved and got everything installed to a really high standard. Very clean and tidy. Excellent communication and time keeping.

Faultless. Found online through check trade, got a fast response with availability and a week later, my boiler was all serviced with minimal fuss. Detailed correspondence about amount of work carried out (as I personally wasn’t home at the time) and carried out at a time that was convenient for us. Would certainly have Jake back to do any future boiler related work

I was recommended to Jake by a fellow volunteer where I volunteer also, after he carried out a complete new Boiler install for them. Jake messaged me to say he was on the way on the date he promised along with an estimated arrival time. On arrival he introduced himself saying who he was, and he had all the tools and parts ready to start the service. Jake has been the only gas service engineer in ten years who has actually serviced the boiler, as opposed to the usual gas flue and sometimes cleaning of the trap, and occasional clean of the Magna clean filter in the loft.

Jake from Regan’s Heating came and done some work for me when I first moved in to my property that needed doing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a boiler service completed, new taps installed in the bathroom for the bath and basin, and then all new pipework on the back of the house. All work was done to a professional standard and communication was always good and punctuality even better. 5*!

Jake was fantastic. He came to view the problem, after sending some photos over WhatsApp. He initially fixed the issue without any replacement needed. The problem the persisted and he was around within days to rectify the issue. Jake was friendly, efficient and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do a job!
