Jake provided exceptional service from our initial enquiry to completion of the job. He clearly explained the options available to us. He would repair rather than replace if possible in order for us to avoid unnecessary expense. On this occasion we replaced the defective part with a new part. Unfortunately, when we switched on the heating this week the component fitted in June was defective. Jake was quick to respond and replaced the defective component without additional cost. Jake was considerate, polite and professional.

Had been let down by a couple of businesses, operating without a kitchen due to a serious set of DIY mistakes. Job went live was booked in within the hour for the following day, and then completed as scheduled, which avoided any further delays to the kitchen installation as planned really helpful advice with regards to ongoing maintenance, decent fixings used correct installation which fixed some of the DIY errors. No concerns at all for going back to complete following installation and any other works as necessary that is probably likely in this house

Jake made a thorough examination of the boiler and also the whole system before making his diagnosis of the fault. He clearly explained his reasoning and demonstrated the cause of the issue. He explained next steps and told us what to look for in the coming weeks before we decide on a course of actions. He gave us a range of options once the cause has been absolutely ascertained. Jake was punctual, very pleasant, patient and respectful throughout his visit. We will be calling on his services in future.

Faultless. Found online through check trade, got a fast response with availability and a week later, my boiler was all serviced with minimal fuss. Detailed correspondence about amount of work carried out (as I personally wasn’t home at the time) and carried out at a time that was convenient for us. Would certainly have Jake back to do any future boiler related work
