  To replace a control valve in the central heating system.

  Jake provided exceptional service from our initial enquiry to completion of the job. He clearly explained the options available to us. He would repair rather than replace if possible in order for us to avoid unnecessary expense. On this occasion we replaced the defective part with a new part. Unfortunately, when we switched on the heating this week the component fitted in June was defective. Jake was quick to respond and replaced the defective component without additional cost. Jake was considerate, polite and professional.

  Howlett Roofing Services provided excellent advice prior to commencing the work. They went above and beyond to help make the build water tight in the days leading up to the roof going on. Dan was helpful and flexible in his approach, accommodating my suggestions for how I wanted the finished trims to look. A week-end of heavy rain and no leaks. Brilliant.
