    Damp resolution works

    We were very impressed with how promptly Martin responded to our initial query, he came out to review the issue and provided clear advice and scope of works. Those works have been carried out to a high standard and he left the areas of work spotless! I would gladly recommend him and his son for any damp related works that need resolving.

    Air Brick Installation

    Martin installed an Air Brick for us on short notice after removal of a vent cover showed one hadn't been installed previously. He was straightforward and professional throughout providing a quality installation at a fair price. Will definitely consider using him again.

    Sort out damp

    Martin came to the property and quickly diagnosed the problem as the patio having been laid above the damp course. He suggested a solution and arranged for the work to be done the following week. Two months on and the damp readings inside the property have gone from 65% down to below 10% I would definitely recommend Martin if you are experiencing damp problems.

Hello. My name's Martin. I have been in the building industry for 40 years. I have worked for myself for 35 of those and am still going strong. We specialise in damp proofing, rising damp, penetrating damp & ventilation on old and modern property's. We are TRI-CREAM advanced D.P.C Injection System Approved.

Refresh Property Damp Proofing Specialise in:

  • Wet rot: under floor voids and all timber supports.
  • Wood Worm: Any effected arrears in the timber we spray, or we can remove & replace infected arrears.
  • Dry Rot: This can be found in floors, ceilings & roof timbers.
  • Rising Damp: Signs to look out for Tide marks on the walls, cracked flaking plaster, peeling wallpaper or paint.
  • Black Mould: This can be signs of bad venting in the roof, soffits & walls and can be a Health Hazard.
  • Penetrating Damp: This occurs when rendering is cracked or brick work pointing has perished.
  • Roof & chimney Damp: Lead Flashing emplacement, render or brick work repairs & Venting.
  • Drainage prevents damp: We supply & install upvc drainage & French drains.
  • Damp Course injecting systems & water proofing coating systems.
