Martin came to the property and quickly diagnosed the problem as the patio having been laid above the damp course. He suggested a solution and arranged for the work to be done the following week. Two months on and the damp readings inside the property have gone from 65% down to below 10% I would definitely recommend Martin if you are experiencing damp problems.

Martin has been fabulous. He looked all over the house and looked at my concerns. He advised options for what could be done and who could do them. He has now undertaken some work with further work to be considered. Thanks and compliments to the man.
