  Exceptional customer service

  Reece was helpful beyond the call of duty. Turned up early & stayed late, until the job was completed. No extra charge. Great quality workmanship, professional, polite and a pleasure to have working in the home. Tradesmen this good are rare & hard to find. I'll be using Reece again & would happily recommend him to anyone else who needs a good, no-nonsense, hard working plumber

  Leak tracing in bathroom

  Messaged on the app after finishing work at 11pm and finding a note from downstairs neighbour saying my bathroom was leaking into theirs - Reece replied immediately saying he was free the next day and the charge for the first hour which I always appreciate. He arrived early, and made a really thorough inspection with camera to trace the leak. Very friendly and very thorough! Thanks Reece!
