Messaged on the app after finishing work at 11pm and finding a note from downstairs neighbour saying my bathroom was leaking into theirs - Reece replied immediately saying he was free the next day and the charge for the first hour which I always appreciate. He arrived early, and made a really thorough inspection with camera to trace the leak. Very friendly and very thorough! Thanks Reece!

Very professional, no complaints

Reece was very courteous, professional and reliable. He carries out the work in an effective and friendly manner.

Reece had to find leak in ceiling. A previous plumber had no luck and left the job. Reece not only found the leak but put right what the previous plumber had left in a mess. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He is also very reliable which is fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. I will happily recommend and call him again for future work

very friendly, arrived on time found other problems with bolts in toilet which were fixed and everything tightened checked multiple times before leaving that it was sorted made me aware that another part would be needed seeing to eventually but is ok for now highly recommended

To be honest, I've never met Reece. But I hope I do at some point. As I will definitely be using him again if and when needed. Reece was the first trades person to message me, and it was a weekend. From the initial message, the quote, and the job completion, absolutely faultless. The communication effortless, updates perfect. More trades people should take a leaf from his book! The tenant was very happy too. Just a shame I can't rate higher than 10/10. Thamk you Reece
