Redwood Plumbing provide an exceptional service. They are highly informed, experienced, pro-active, professional and polite. I couldn't recommend them more. Ed and his apprentice turned up on the day they promised and completely the works to an exceptionally high standard and in good time. They go above and beyond providing a professional, quality service.

Redwood plumbing have completed 2 jobs for us now at a cost of nearly £16000. All was good until we had an issue with shower connection, so I called Edd and he said they would come to sort it at the end of the following week. I heard nothing, so I called, emailed, left messages. Eventually I got through and they sent someone who did the job but put his foot through the ceiling of my bathroom which had just been refitted, and decorated. I have messaged Redwood plumbing, with no response.

Following a gas outage the utility company identified a leak on our system and couldn’t switch us back on until repaired. Left without hot water, heating or use of the cooker during freezing weathe. Put an emergency call in to Redwood Plumbing who attended within the hour to identify the problem. Had a new main feed which was completed in a couple of wet and cold days to get us back up and running. Service was exemplary. Work was to a high standard, clean and tidy and the cost was extremely competitive. Would certainly recommend these guys to sort any of your plumbing needs. Great service 👍

Edd and Paul were superb, super clean and tidy, their work ethic is second to none. They explained everything in detail and were a pleasure to deal. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Redwood Plumbing at short notice as our Holiday home guests could not turn of the bath hot tap. He went straight to the address on his way home and carried out a temporary fix and returned the next morning to complete the repair. Our German guests were impressed with the service and thanked us for sending Edd.
