  Poor customer service

  Redwood plumbing have completed 2 jobs for us now at a cost of nearly £16000. All was good until we had an issue with shower connection, so I called Edd and he said they would come to sort it at the end of the following week. I heard nothing, so I called, emailed, left messages. Eventually I got through and they sent someone who did the job but put his foot through the ceiling of my bathroom which had just been refitted, and decorated. I have messaged Redwood plumbing, with no response.
