  Leevi’s communication was excellent. He and his team did an excellent job. Photos and videos of the work were regularly sent to me as I was not able to be at the property during the time the work was being done. He understood I had lots of work that needed doing but within a limited budget so he agreed for only the essentials to be done rather than convince me to replace anything that was still in reasonable condition. One small thing did get missed upon completion of the work, however Leevi and his team came back to finish it very promptly. I would definitely use them again.

  Roof replacement

  Leevi took lots of photos and videos at all points through the process, to show the issues clearly (rotting batons, holes in felt etc) and also how the remedial work was progressing. Leevi checked at the beginning and end of each day what progress had been made, ensured we we understood the progress. Ensured the roof was watertight, scaffolding was safe, garden tidy every evening. Solar panels were removed by their expert, and then replaced afterwards, checking that they were generating as expected. The crew were very hardworking as well as friendly.

  Roof Repairs

  I was surprised with the promptness of Redland Roofing’s response to my query on the Checkatrade website. The same afternoon Leevi give me a detailed assessment of the repairs to my roof at a very reasonable price. He kindly indicated other additional aspects of the job that needed attention. The team worked in a time-effective manner, completing the bulk of the job within a day; removing the fallen debris and leaving our home tidy. Leevi duly provided photographic evidence of all work undertaken. All concerns and final touch-ups were dealt within a day after highlighting these. Well done!
