The team were reliable and able to fix on the day due. They were able to explain that it was worse than we thought. Explained what needed doing and actions that same day. Friendly team.

Lee kept to his promised times, work was carried out in good time and efficiently. All rubbish was cleared away after they finished I would definitely recommend Lee and his team.

Leevi’s communication was excellent. He and his team did an excellent job. Photos and videos of the work were regularly sent to me as I was not able to be at the property during the time the work was being done. He understood I had lots of work that needed doing but within a limited budget so he agreed for only the essentials to be done rather than convince me to replace anything that was still in reasonable condition. One small thing did get missed upon completion of the work, however Leevi and his team came back to finish it very promptly. I would definitely use them again.

Good communication throughout the work.

Leevi took lots of photos and videos at all points through the process, to show the issues clearly (rotting batons, holes in felt etc) and also how the remedial work was progressing. Leevi checked at the beginning and end of each day what progress had been made, ensured we we understood the progress. Ensured the roof was watertight, scaffolding was safe, garden tidy every evening. Solar panels were removed by their expert, and then replaced afterwards, checking that they were generating as expected. The crew were very hardworking as well as friendly.
