can't praise these lads olly and Ben enough so polite and willing and really respectful of your home there's not a job they won't try to do for you and olly is brilliant when it comes to budgets the work is exceptional they are friendly punctual and very tidy like l Said they really respect your home aslo very trustworthy they had my keys for most of the time👍

I found RED improvements to be first rate people to deal with all the way through start to finish I would certainly use them again punctual,polite and tidy.The work they undertook was first rate and I no longer have a gap where the garage door closes.Thanks to the work that they did by fitting a rubber storm shield at the bottom a nice snug fit keeps out the rain and water all good.

Fantastic lads, turned up on time, got to work straight away and also cleaned after themselves.

I don’t know how this company functions. They were meant to come and quote on the 26th Sept, then the 29th. They missed both appointments and finally arrived the third time they set a date. Then late on the 16th October they asked last minute if they could come and do the work on the 17th. I said I would be in all day except for an hour and a half late in the morning. I came home at the time I said I would be back to find the materials all left outside my front door and then got a message that they just missed me. I wasn’t out for long and I was only out between the times I specified.

had 8 doors fitted and 2 door frames. very good. Turned up when they should and did a superb job.

Was pleased we found this company on Checkatrade. We wanted just one door to be removed and replaced with a new one, From initial contact to job completion can not fault them, the guys that turned up were very friendly. Polite, and respectful but most importantly did a really good job plus took the old door away for us at no extra cost. From our point of view I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any future projects
