  I don’t know how this company functions. They were meant to come and quote on the 26th Sept, then the 29th. They missed both appointments and finally arrived the third time they set a date. Then late on the 16th October they asked last minute if they could come and do the work on the 17th. I said I would be in all day except for an hour and a half late in the morning. I came home at the time I said I would be back to find the materials all left outside my front door and then got a message that they just missed me. I wasn’t out for long and I was only out between the times I specified.

  Complete re-roof

  Terry and team spent two and a half weeks replacing my roof by removing the original slates, adding new felt and battens and then reinstalling the original 1930s slates. The roof looks great and will be in good shape for many years to come. They also replaced my flat leaded roof and added the same design to the lead as the original 1930s leaded roof had. The original ridge tiles were carefully cemented back as well. True craftsmanship as other roofers had suggested using things like a dry ridge system for the ridge tiles. It would have looked very wrong on this house.

  Painting of external windows

  Mathew painted some external windows for me. My house is a 1930s house with a beautiful wooden bay window. The windows look new. I am really happy with the finish on the windows. Mathew also worked through this bank holiday weekend to work with the weather as the working week is forecast to be rainy.
