Andy came for the annual service and mentioned that our gas boiler was leaking and at risk. The company managed to install a new boiler of my choice the very next day. Tony came and worked nonstop from 9:30 a.m. until around 6:00 p.m. Now our house is warm and safe again. From the initial introduction to the full commissioning of a new ashp for underfloor heating and balanced cold and hot water supply, Redfern had a great team that provided bespoke heat loss evaluation which in this property had a mix of new and old building materials therefore wouldn't have been easy. The team were efficient and professional. The property is fairly complex but didn't phase the team who promptly installed the system, overcoming any hurdles with ease.
