From beginning to end they were excellent - in fact the best I have had in recent years when looking for works on one of my properties. When my old boiler packed up, Redfern were brilliant. They made a suggestion of new boiler and presented options via a web app, so I could choose the exact install I wanted. This was on a Thursday and I had an engineer coming out the next Monday to install the new boiler. Very professional service and the new boiler is in and working with no issues. Job location: PL19I couldn’t be happier with the service offered by the team at Redfern heat pumps, from start to finish, everything ran smoothly. They were professional and kept me updated with everything along the way. The quote was competitive compared to others I looked at, the pricing was clear from the start with no hidden extras or last minute surprises. With a background in Gas and Oil heating systems, we have now also made the transition renewable heating solutions which allows us to help a variety of customers both domestic and commercial.
With a passion for renewable technology, we can help with the transition from a fossil fuel heating system to something more environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
The government is currently offering a Boiler upgrade scheme grant towards heat pump installations and they are not subject to vat, so customers can save big!
Redfern Heat Pumps can offer a full design, installation and ongoing service and support package, giving our customers piece of mind that help is close at hand if needed.
We are fully MCS accredited which means all of our installations are designed and installed to industry standards and we can guide customers through the grant application process.
We understand that heat pumps may not the right option for some properties or customers which is why we apply the same energy efficiency principles to our Gas and Oil installations to ensure our customers systems are running as cleanly and efficiently as possible.
Some of the other services we provide are, ground and air source heat pump servicing and repairs, heat pump remedial work, gas and oil boiler servicing and repairs and Underfloor heating installation.
