The representative arrived promptly to give a quote and was patient and respectful of the time needed to fully understand my requirements and questions. The engineers turned up promptly on the work days, were respectful of myself and my home. I was kept in the loop as to work progress. The work areas were mostly cleaned before the engineers left and the workings of various aspects of the installation were carefully explained. I have been assured of prompt attention if I have any concerns or further questions about the installation . Well done Redfern!

Excellent service throughout. Mark Redfern and his dedicated staff are wonderful. The work they carried out was exceptionally impressive and would recommend them highly for installation of a Heat Pump and they installed a walk in shower and sink and vanity unit. Engineer was professional in his work ethics, courteous and polite. He blanked the gas pipe to the gas cooker for removal and tested and proved the system for any leaks before leaving the house.

The company were able to give us a very quick appointment. We had no heating and had newborn twins at home. They put in place a temporary solution to keep us going for a couple of days and then came back to replace the condenser and now out heating is back to normal. The man that came out to do the work was very friendly and professional and completely the work in a timely fashion. Couldn’t have asked for better. The company kept in contact regularly and the price was very reasonable. A fantastic company. Will use again.

Redfern quoted our job it was an air source heat pump with underfloor heating They came out promptly and quoted the job and gave us good options and advice.
