Honestly i can not speak highly enough. If only all tradesman operated like this. i wont go anywhere else now.

After using Redfern last year to gas certify my late mother’s house and to service the boiler prior to selling I was most impressed with this family company. More recently my son and his family have just bought a house nearby in Torpoint. Long-Story short we required a new boiler! This was fitted within days by a friendly two man team. A full handover and explanation was given after running the system and all waste removed. I would thoroughly recommend this company for their workmanship and professionalism. Well done Redfern Heat Pumps.

Andy was very helpful, professional, gave great advice and you can tell he knows what he’s doing so you have nothing to worry about. Happy to recommend and we will use them again in future work for our house.

They were able to come within a few days and got all the work done within a day - A complete boiler installation. I was happy with all aspects of the service and I felt it was great value for money. Andy came for the annual service and mentioned that our gas boiler was leaking and at risk. The company managed to install a new boiler of my choice the very next day. Tony came and worked nonstop from 9:30 a.m. until around 6:00 p.m. Now our house is warm and safe again. I’ve lived here for four years, and I’ve never seen a company manage to get the job done so quickly. I appreciate it. Ariana
