    Quick response to boiler issue. Staff all helpful & knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

    Our boiler of 19 years finally retired due to ill health! At about 7pm on Sunday our boiler was producing no hot water to our radiators or taps. We had used Redfern previously about 2 years ago, when the in built timer broke. I emailed the company, just hoping I would receive a response, probably to say that it may be weeks. The boiler was checked Tuesday that week and replaced two days later. I really can’t recommend the company enough. The plumber was helpful knowledgable and left the room clean. Admin team were prompt with estimate and invoicing. Would highly recommend to family & Friends

    Redfern were great when i moved to my new home last year. Did a fantastic job removing old boilers and replacing with a far superior system. Would highly recommend. Came into their own when a problem arose recently and Mark the owner arrived within the hour. Great service.

    Brilliant job! Made a complex job look easy. Replaced our old boiler and fitted an 8 metre flue through a void in our ceiling. I had 4 firms to look at the job but Mark was the most professional and inspired confidence in me to choose Redfurn, with a competitive quote as well. Mark and Will were diligent took care to minimise dust by laying plastic walkways and hoovering regularly. Very pleased wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.😊

    Redfern responded quickly, gave us options and was transparent with prices, we chose a Worcester Bosch which was then installed efficiently and professionally by Mark. He went through instructions, gave us the warranties and even helped download the app! Cannot be more pleased with service. Highly recommend! We will engage for yearly servicing now. Very impressed.

    Great service- empathetic to my situation

    I had an excellent experience with Redfern, very understanding and fitted me into a very tight schedule just before Christmas. They even fixed an issue I was having with my sink free of charge. Overall very satisfied with their service.
