James at Recti-Fly was absolutely fantastic. He sorted out the pest issue at my mum’s house quickly and efficiently, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. He was professional, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. James very quickly responded to my initial call for help in dealing with squirrels in my loft. James' made 5 visits in all until he was satisfied the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed.
