  James was quick to respond, quick to attend for a reasonable fee. He was friendly and willing to go above and beyond - he came out an extra time, and also fixed the loft hatch which was faulty. He then proceeded to fit a rat flap.

  Installing a parcel box in brick wall

  Chris was responsible from the start and inspected the proposed location to check my measurements before I bought the parcel box online. He was flexible and friendly and installed the box beautifully integrating it into the existing wall. Really pleased with the finish. Cost was reasonable and competitive. Will use Chris again.

  Initially great in terms of communication and pricing. The visit was arranged and the team showed up on the day. Unfortunately it was super cold and the equipment didn’t work. Really friendly interactions and arranged another visit no harm done, but they did not turn up. No communication received despite multiple prompts for acknowledgment and reschedule. Waited four weeks before writing this review in case there was a personal reason for not responding.
