I was looking for a professional to help install my security camera and provide advise on positioning, and Dan responded to my enquiry. From our first conversation, he understood my requirement and arrived promptly on the day to install and position the cameras. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and he tested it and told me to call if any issues. It’s been 3 weeks and I love my security cameras and can’t thank Dan enough! Dan responded quickly when contacted about a fault with our alarm. After a quick exchange he diagnosed the problem correctly and was able to fix everything soon after. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Installed a complete fire alarm system. New alarm terminal, wired sounders and wall points in Engineering/manufacturing company with both office and factory environments. Completed with utmost professionalism and skill. The factory was a slightly complicated install with welding bay. However Realguard came up with a practical solution. Work completed with efficiency and in good time. Offered regular updates as progress was made over the 3 days.

I’d recently moved to a new home and needed to get an alarm system and some cameras. Dan came over first to do a quote, and then to install everything. This included setting up all Ring devices on the app, and the alarm on its app. Also a tutorial on the alarm itself. It’s easy to use and I like that the app pings me when it’s armed or not. I feel safer having an “actual” system in place rather than the DIY solutions you can buy online which then also require a monthly subscription. Overall very happy with the service.
