  Pleased with the service/alarm and the time taken to explain everything to ensure we were happy

  Dan from RealGuard gave us the most confidence when getting quotes - he went through all the options and didn't try to over-sell. We we very happy with his communication and he was quick to answer all our questions about the quote. Neat and tidy with his work on the day, he took the time to leave us with a full understanding of the system and set it all up for us on the phone app and adjusted the sensors for the dog. The alarm itself is great. Very pleased we chose RealGuard and we would recommend Dan - we've signed up for annual maintenance with him.
