The friendly engineer arrived exactly when expected and worked hard for about 5 hours to install a new wi-fi network. He explained clearly what he was doing and discussed and agreed with us where the various sockets and wiring should go. 10 Updating existing aerial and re-wiring

Rad arrived on time this morning and inspected what was required to solve our problem. He explained everything in detail as to what was required and then carried out his work in a professional manner. He was clean in his work and very polite. Initially left a voice message and had a call back within half an hour. Aerial situation explained, video of damage sent for reference and an engineer booked for 2 days ahead. On the day, engineer called to give an estimated time of arrival; having inspected the work needed (required visiting neighbour for access) gave a price for the work which was quite reasonable. Proceeded with repairs and also checked internal connections still working. For 40+ years, Dan Ford and his team have been installing TV and radio aerials and satellite systems, including Sky, Sky Q, Freesat and dishes for international channels.
Dan's father, Roger, started the business in 1975 from his mother's home in Whitley. In 1985 he bought a shop on the Wokingham Road and ran the business from there, whilst offering DIY and technical advice from the shopfront. Dan took over the business in 1995 and recently (2015) moved their office to Headley Road in Woodley.
In addition to aerial installations, their most popular services include:
· Mounting TVs on the wall and hiding the connecting cables
· Installation of high-quality CCTV systems with remote viewing from anywhere in the world
· Installation of home ethernet networks and WiFi signal improvement
Their office is situated at the rear of Addstyle UK and is open to anyone wishing to purchase DIY products, book a home visit or enquire for technical advice.
They are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI). In addition, Dan has a distinction in Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV), which is the highest recognised award in the industry.
