    Polite, Quick, Efficient!

    I decided that I need an antenna to watch the upcoming World Cup - I can't stand the delays from watching online. I looked for local companies and Reading Aerial was one of the main results. I've sent an email and quickly got a response, and booked a visit for a quote. The quote visit was great, Rad was a delight. Kind, funny, and able to explain everything easily. He quoted me for a satellite dish and for an aerial. I decided for the the dish because it was a bit cheaper and an easier work. They came and installed in the next day after accepting the quote. Job completed quickly and safely

    These people know what they are doing !!

    Its always a delight to deal with people who know what they are doing. In this case from making the appointment to completion was informative and achieved everything. There was good communication prior to the visit, with the RF Engineer turning up with test equipment, knowledge and experience resulting in a speedy diagnostic and process to rectify the issues. From his experience with multiple brands of TV He was also able to configure for best performance. Issues with the Bluetooth connectivity were also resolved. Great advice was provided on accessing SC4 and UHD and app based services.

    Aerial problem?

    Reading Aerial Services Ltd attended my property promptly and effected a diagnosis and solution to my reception problem. The operative who attended, was friendly and took the trouble to explain the fault and the solution. I would recommend them highly for their service.

    Found this Company in Checkatrade brochure - it seemed to be as local as I could get. I initially sent an email as I needed to know if they could actually do what I needed - i.e. re-set up my DVD player to the TV which I purchased 5 years ago and could not work out how to connect the two at the time. Received a useful email from Dan but it was too technical for me so I enquired about a call out which he was able to arrange. Called today, very polite and quickly sorted things out. I can now watch the many DVDs I have accumulated when there is nothing worth watching being broadcast.
