I spoke to Carl who gave me a quote for Gas Safety Certificate and Boiler Service. I had agreed for the work to be carried out on Friday 8th August between 8-1pm. I called and texted Carl to confirm the appointment evening before however no response to the text or call. He did not show up for the appointment either and no longer answers his mobile. I hired this company for CCTV survey for an extension, they not given me proper report just done email format which is incomplete. No footage and no existing plans of the drain. Also email it said about ant nest photo nothing attached. Carl the owner said he was going to sort it no response.
