If I was asked to give a star rating, I would give this company zero stars. My daughter organised the visit because of an unpleasant smell in my bathroom. Two days later someone replaced the pipe from the back of the toilet down to the drain. After he left, there was a puddle of water under the pipe to the cistern and my kitchen tap was leaking at the rate of 1ltr every 10 minutes. I have a water meter. They came back to fix the two leaks but said I needed a new kitchen tap. I complained by email and the boss, Carl, said he would come out the next day to put right the mistakes. He didn't.

When you later reported leaks, we returned and rectified both. The kitchen tap was found to be faulty due to wear, which was explained on site.
