We employed them to fit a secondhand bathroom suite. They pulled tiles off the wall and said we had to pay for them to be put back. They didn't even attempted to remove/replace the sink even though that was in the price. The floor was damaged. A carpenter informed us that the bath pipework should have been lowered to accommodate the panel but wasn't. The radiator they removed wasn't capped properly so leaked leaving us without heating for 5days despite repeated calls. The toilets they replaced are still outside and not removed as promised.

Jake came out to do a radiator flush on my heating system, he was there 8am and done by 12.30, he advised me the water was now coming out clean and also pointed out a couple of other items that needed attention, overall very happy with the service

I had Carl come out on Sunday night to fix a leak in my loft. He found the cold water tank in the loft had split. So Monday we had Jake come out to replace it. On Tuesday we had Luke and eti replace our sink tap. All of these 4 gentlemen provided quick, efficient and great customer service. I would use them again

Had concerns about our boiler, the gentleman who came said there was a leak and quoted a new boiler price. had 3 other engineers from different companies since say there is no leak. I feel like he was lying to attempt to get more money from us for the new boiler.

He arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently.

Luke was polite and professional. Job completed quickly and to an excellent standard. Cheers
