Had a few old radiators replaced. The engineer was punctual, careful when removing the old units, and installed the new ones neatly. Everything was tested before he left and he explained how to adjust the thermostat valves.

Excellent experience

Our heating system was making strange noises. They recommended a power flush, and the difference afterwards was noticeable. Radiators heat faster now.

Had them repair a leaking tap in the kitchen. It was a small job but they treated it seriously and explained the problem clearly.

Some old pipework needed replacing. They handled it carefully and worked neatly around tight spaces. The system has been fine ever since.

Max was great. He was able to replace the bath pipe on the day. He checked the shower and informed us that it was incorrectly done previously. He was honest with what he could do, cant do and shouldn't do. He was able to order a new part and arranged a day to come back and fit it. He warned us of what could happen due to how it was previously done. Its been fine since so he's done a great job. We'll be going direct to him in future. His knowledge was great and taught us a few things. Communication is very good as they utilise technology such as sending text confirmations, emailing invoices.
