  ​I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Richie for our new stove installation. From start to finish, he kept us well informed on progress and carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. On top of that, he was brilliant at keeping the work area clean and tidy throughout. Fantastic service—I'd highly recommend Richie to anyone looking for a quality installation!

  I can’t recommend Ritchie highly enough. He recently fitted our gas log burner, built a false wall, and installed feature lighting, and the finished result is absolutely fantastic. Not only is his workmanship first class, but he’s also a genuinely lovely lad who is incredibly helpful from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and if any challenges come up, he doesn’t see them as problems—he finds solutions.   Got Richie to install new wood burner,from initial assessment to completion of job nothing was too much trouble for him,turned up on time,always communicated through out the job and place left tidy,complete job done to a excellent standard and I couldn’t recommend him more highly

  I would highly recommend RDS Property Maintenance. Richie recently installed a log burner and created a beautiful fireplace for us from what was an empty space. Reliable, tidy, knowledgeable, good communication. Will definitely use again for any future work
