Got Richie to install new wood burner,from initial assessment to completion of job nothing was too much trouble for him,turned up on time,always communicated through out the job and place left tidy,complete job done to a excellent standard and I couldn’t recommend him more highly

Richie has completed a variety of jobs for us, including fitting a log burner, plastering, repairing flooring, repointing brickwork, and repairing our garage roof. We are doing up a Victorian house and I have to say Richie at RDS property maintenance is by far the hardest working and most reliable tradesman we have had working in the house. From a log burner installed with the original marble surround kept (a really tricky job) to an original Victorian fireplace purchased as a marketplace find installed. Very reasonably priced with full explanation of job to make you at ease. 10/10 we will definitely be using RDS in the future.

Richie is professional, punctual and reliable We had two old gas fireplaces removed and the old brickwork removed and made good to create openings for log storage in one and a log burner in the other. . The work was done quickly and to a great standard, we had no complaints at all. We will definitely be using him again for future work
