  Large Single Storey Extension

  Rik and the team worked diligently in all weathers, delivering a wrap-around extension with large decking area of the highest quality. What was particularly great was their ability to tackle bespoke and unusual building materials such as yakisugi (shou sugi ban) charred Japanese external cladding, which they finished to an excellent standard. Schedule of works was very clear from the outset and weekly updates on what to expect in terms of completed tasks and any unexpected costs each week was both realistic and clear. If you want a top quality finish to your project, look no further.

  Kitchen Refurbishment

  RC Building Services were excellent from start to finish. Rik was very professional, respectful and reassuring as shown in his workmanship. Rik was great at giving advice and pointers throughout the build which was very helpful and appreciated. Rik kept us informed all way through our project. Budgets defined clearly and stuck to, and additional costs clearly explained and checked with us. Rik was very punctual, courteous, clean, tidy and respectful of our property. I would not hesitate in recommending RC Building Services.

  Loft conversion

  Excellent overall service provided by Rik, explains everything clearly what the plan for the work will involve and then cracks on with it in a very professional and diligent way. Extremely happy with the work carried out, completed in the time quoted and within the agreed quote. Quality workmanship and would highly recommend, a credit to his trade. Thanks very much for an excellent loft conversion !

  Two bathroom fittings and internal structural work

  Rik was approachable, professional and listened and advised us throughout the process. His work is of an excellent standard and we would definitely use him again. Any problem we worried about, he was reassuring and sorted it. Our bathrooms look fantastic and we are so pleased.   Downstairs utility and toilet extension

  RC building services kept us informed of all options from beginning to end of the project. They were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, puntual, very tidy. Rik in particular was very personable, friendly and professional. We enjoyed working with the team and Rik.

  Demolition of conservatory, new extension with bifold doors and velux windows and new bathroom .

  Rik did a fantastic job for us over the winter November to April which was not ideal! From taking down the conservatory to digging and laying the foundations and indeed the whole build, he has always gone out of his way to keep us informed and has acted on our requests. Rik worked alone for a while, but was then assisted by Paul Bailey who also refitted the bathroom for us. They were always punctual and reliable and we had no qualms about leaving them to get on if we were away. We cannot fault the standard of work and are delighted with our project. We would recommend Rik without reservation.
