Rik and the team worked diligently in all weathers, delivering a wrap-around extension with large decking area of the highest quality. What was particularly great was their ability to tackle bespoke and unusual building materials such as yakisugi (shou sugi ban) charred Japanese external cladding, which they finished to an excellent standard. Schedule of works was very clear from the outset and weekly updates on what to expect in terms of completed tasks and any unexpected costs each week was both realistic and clear. If you want a top quality finish to your project, look no further.

RC Building Services were excellent from start to finish. Rik was very professional, respectful and reassuring as shown in his workmanship. Rik was approachable, professional and listened and advised us throughout the process. His work is of an excellent standard and we would definitely use him again. RC building services kept us informed of all options from beginning to end of the project. They were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, puntual, very tidy. Rik in particular was very personable, friendly and professional. We enjoyed working with the team and Rik.

Rik did a fantastic job for us over the winter November to April which was not ideal! From taking down the conservatory to digging and laying the foundations and indeed the whole build, he has always gone out of his way to keep us informed and has acted on our requests. Rik worked alone for a while, but was then assisted by Paul Bailey who also refitted the bathroom for us. They were always punctual and reliable and we had no qualms about leaving them to get on if we were away. We cannot fault the standard of work and are delighted with our project. We would recommend Rik without reservation.
