The engineer who undertook this job was very polite and respectful! The service was carried out very professionally and we were asked if we had any problems to address! I had already expressed my concern about loose roofing felt in the attic, and the engineer even took the time to phone the installation team to make sure everything was O.K. There were no leaks and we were assured by the installation team that the metal plate installed would safeguard against any leaks.
