    Boiler installation and rapid response repair

    With our boiler breakdown over the weekend, consequently no hot water or heating, I contacted R B Poolmans office before opening hours, I didnt leave a message but was immediately contacted by Helen who very efficiently arranged for Tom the plummer to come and remedy the fault at lunchtime less than 4 hours later. Tom was polite and did a great job and Emily was very efficient during communications too. Highly recommended. RB Poolman also fitted and supplied this new boiler and the installers were professional and skilled and left and very tidy job.

    Your engineer came to service our boiler on time. He was polite, clean and tidy and left with a request to replace the heating plate which has calcified. This he did and a date to do the work is on our calendar for next week. I cannot complain at all about the service we receive from R B Poolman, it is very good!
