British Gas had me upset but Helen at RB Poolman, calmed me, confirmed what I thought, then came a solution. In two days I met the owner, he was everything I could hope for. His personality and standards are written into his company and staff. The fitters craftsmanship was impressive, he was a pleasure to have in my home. Throughout my journey I have been cared for, treated well, I am now a loyal customer and would always recommend this company. I surround myself with high standard companies. Life is to short for poor treatment and abuse. British Gas is the lowest in all, areas. I'm happy 😊

Professional service

We had some issues with our boiler. We sent an email to Poolmans on the Thursday evening and we had a response first thing on the Friday morning. By chance, they had an Engineer in our area that day and arranged for him to make a call. In our experience, Poolmans have been an extremely good service provider and we would reccomend them unreservedly.

In the the three years we’ve lived in Wiltshire Two of those with a Poolman Platinum Service Plan. Excellent Service in all matters so far. Routine Servicing, one case of repair , and one radiator replace (upgrade)
