Boiler service carried out but it took three visits from you and another from the boiler manufacturer to resolve all the issues This took over five weeks to complete and some other matters also arising. The end result was fine but it took too long

Had a small leak coming from boiler rand and spoke to Emily who was so helpful. Rang back with an appointment. Engineer Max came on time and found the fault he showed pictures of the fault of before and after fixed. Was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Thankyou

The engineer was requested for a faulty heating system. He arrived at the lapses time and successfully identified the problem and was able to rectify it and get the system working
