  Damp Proof and Dry Rot work

  After the initial survey Ryan sent a detailed plan of what work was required. Due to the type and size of the job we had to move out for 2 weeks. Ryan sent daily videos of progress which showed the problems that we had and how they were going to be rectified. Ryan would also contact us if any additional work would be required due to findings once the work started. It was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable and professional contractor and he also employed highly skilled sub contractors. Would not hesitate to recommend RB Plastering & Damp Proofing to do any damp work.

  Damp Proof, Vent Fitting & Skimming service.

  We hired Ryan based on his great reviews and first impression he made on us - and he didn't disappoint! A first-class service from start to finish. The main things to recommend about Ryan: - outstanding attention to detail - complete honesty and transparency with his advice - constant and clear communication about progress of the job, using whatsapp - high-quality work throughout (clearly very conscientious) - job was done quickly and consistently (i.e. didn't randomly go missing as some tradespeople have before!) - a really pleasant set of people to have in the house during the week.

  Installation of damp proof membrane & replastering

  Ryan completed some damp proof work started by a national company. Their customer service is non existent & I looked elsewhere & found Ryan. My only regret is I wish I'd found him originally. Professional, efficient & friendly, obviously very knowledgeable in his field, we trusted him implicitly. It was a messy job but Ryan ensured we knew how to prepare for it including suggesting I took the dog out for the noisiest bit! He & his team cleared up totally taking away all of the rubbish. Job done in a day & a bit & guarantee issued. We wholeheartedly recommend RB Plastering & Damp Proofing.

  Remove and treat dry rot and repair all wood floors and re plaster

  We’re so glad we picked RB plasterers they were extremely professional in all aspects of the work that needed carrying out, we got a WhatsApp group video each evening on the work progress , I would 100 percent recommend them for any dry / wet rot or damp proofing you need help with also the plastering was first class , also plumbing and electrical work they can arrange no problem

  Kitchen refresh

  Ryan is great! He will eventually be replastering my whole reno house whether he likes it or not 😀 We had damp issues in the kitchen which he solved and then boarded and skimmed for a tidy finish. He knows how to communicate to laypeople and explain in detail what the options for your project are and his recommendation, and the reasons behind his recommendations. He gives detailed video updates if you're not there for him to talk you through it at the end of each working day. And importantly his workmanship is outstanding - our walls are looking beautiful!

  Damp in living room

  I had severe damp in my living room, Ryan was recommended by my neighbour, I couldn't be more pleased with the work Ryan and his team had done, they arrived on time every day, Ryan explained everything that they were doing that day in detail and they cleaned up each day, leaving no mess, Ryan's damp proofing and plastering is excellent the walls are so smooth and neat.
