I'd previously used RB Plastering and Damp Proofing for some work in my dining room and was very impressed. When I needed damp proofing in the kitchen doing, Ryan did the same great job of fixing the problem. This time, I was having a new kitchen at the same time and Ryan organised the joiner, electrician and plumber to come in after the damp proofing and fit the kitchen, which I'm very grateful for. Daily voice notes and videos kept me up to date whilst I wasn't living at the property and the house was left tidy afterwards. Very impressed with the jobs done again. Thanks.

After various Quotes Ryan explained clearly the problem and identified the cause. He was clear with the process and timescales and I received a comprehensive quote. He arrived 8am and the work was carried out efficiently over a few days - at the end of each day he explained where he was up to and the next stage - he provided a joiner to sort skirting boards as well as a plumber for the radiator. After the work was completed everywhere was tidy and mopped. Ryan kept in contact to ensure each stage was followed through. Ryan is very knowledgable, trustworthy as well as being a lovely person

We had an issue with some damp. Ryan quoted us a price which we were more than happy with. Told us it would take a couple of days to sort out the problem which it did. Ryan turned up on time not only to do the job but also to give us the quote. Kept us informed throughout the day with videos and voice messages while we were at work. Kept everywhere clean and tidy. The joiner came a couple of days after to put on skirting boards and he also did a lovely job. Received a phone call the same day from Ryan to ask if we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team.

This is the second time that Ryan has had to remediate damp and hygroscopic salts from a chimney breast wall.(different wall) I had no hesitation in contacting Ryan to undertake the work for me. He took measurements and I received my quote and schedule of work via email. Work has been completed on the agreed dates and I am more than happy with the quality of finish and the respect shown to my property. I can highly recommend if you want a tradesman who delivers quality and has pride in their work.

RB Plastering & Damp Proofing are professional from start to finish. Ryan visited our home and completed a thorough survey of our damp problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. He arrived on time as promised and provided regular updates on the progress of the works. Ryan is honest and trustworthy, he went out of his way to help us try to save money wherever possible. I was very pleased with the work. The workers were all really great, got on with the job and cleaned up after themselves. But it wasn't just that. They came when they said they would.
