Richard gave us a quote very quickly after we had sent him some photos and he followed up with a home visit to double check the required work. A price was agreed and the work carried out a week later. Richard was punctual, did the work in efficiently, cleaned up and demonstrated how the ladders worked. All our prices are inclusive of labour, materials and VAT. We ask for no payment until the work is completed to your satisfaction, which is your guarantee that we will carry out the work the way we say we will.
All our loft ladders are covered by manufacturer warranty which reflects the durability of the complete range of our products. All workmanship is guaranteed for one year on our complete range of services.
A standard loft ladder installation will normally be carried out in less than half a day. For larger projects such as new loft openings and loft flooring, a start and finish time will be agreed before commencement.
