Richard is 10/10! Was quick to quote, reasonably priced and did not give us any pressure. When we finally came to make our decision he answered all our queries and slotted us in at a time convenient for us. When it came to having the works done, he was on time and did a fantastic job even left the place clean and tidy - to the point you honestly wouldn’t have known he had been beyond seeing the work progress! Also super courteous and professional, we are over the moon with the work, and so happy to finally have some extra space and have an actually accessible loft! Highly recommend!!

Richard was an excellent tradesperson, his communication and trade skills were second to none. He ensured he was punctual, informative and kept the new carpets/flooring covered with clean dust sheets and kept any disruption minimal. I felt his rates were competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Richard was excellent throughout the process. He came to do a quote and was very friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of the job he was on time, and got started straight away. He kept the house very tidy throughout the process, and the ladder installation he has done is very high quality. He also widended the hatch and finished some outstanding boarding for us. I would highly recommend Richard for a relaxed but professional service.
