  Rayleigh Glass have just installed secondary glazing over our 1912 stained glass windows. The estimated time scale was 4 weeks and all was ready to go as promised and all installed a few days later. A very competitive price as well. Highly recommended.

  New windows and doors installed

  A great experience with Rayleigh Glass after a personal recommendation. We had all windows and doors replaced. From the very point of contact Matthew and the team were so professional but friendly and communication was great. The guys that came to install the new windows and doors were fantastic! Super professional, on time each day and tidied up before they left every night. Super efficient service and will be using again for our bifold doors. Thank you for a great service

  Hinge and Frame replacement

  The guys at Rayleigh glass were great. Replaced a couple of hinges and a window panel with a blown seal. Two fitter arrived and were done very quick, fantastic job and made an effort to tidy up around themselves. Really please and couldnt recommend them highly enough!!

  Fitting of new bi-fold doors and lanterns.

  The latest in a long line of orders with Rayleigh Glass. They have done all my windows and doors and now the extension...all without a single issue. Fantastic service from start to end with new bi-fold doors and lanterns. Measuring, designing, and building were all done really fast and efficiently. The installation was quick, and the fitters were brilliant, friendly, and very tidy. Superb. Thank you

  Worthless guarantee

  8 triple-glazed windows fitted. 1 developed a defect - an internal crack. Expected this in good faith to be covered by the 10 Yr guarantee, but turns out this guarantee is almost worthless. The only example Rayleigh Glass could give me of a defect that would be covered is a failing with the sealing. I think it would have been a courtesy to at least send somebody around to have a look at the defect in the affected window. We went with Rayleigh Glass because we thought they were a trustworthy local business. Don't feel they're trustworthy now, at least not after they have your money.

  Glass breakage is an exclusion shown in our terms and conditions, perhaps this wasn't properly explained however it is shown in our guarantee. We offer a cost priced replacement in this situation but this doesn't seem to have satisfied this customer
