Rayleigh Glass have just installed secondary glazing over our 1912 stained glass windows. The estimated time scale was 4 weeks and all was ready to go as promised and all installed a few days later. A very competitive price as well. Highly recommended.

The guys at Rayleigh glass were great. Replaced a couple of hinges and a window panel with a blown seal. Two fitter arrived and were done very quick, fantastic job and made an effort to tidy up around themselves. Really please and couldnt recommend them highly enough!!

The latest in a long line of orders with Rayleigh Glass. They have done all my windows and doors and now the extension...all without a single issue. Fantastic service from start to end with new bi-fold doors and lanterns. Measuring, designing, and building were all done really fast and efficiently. 8 triple-glazed windows fitted. 1 developed a defect - an internal crack. Expected this in good faith to be covered by the 10 Yr guarantee, but turns out this guarantee is almost worthless. The only example Rayleigh Glass could give me of a defect that would be covered is a failing with the sealing. I think it would have been a courtesy to at least send somebody around to have a look at the defect in the affected window. We went with Rayleigh Glass because we thought they were a trustworthy local business. Don't feel they're trustworthy now, at least not after they have your money.
