8 triple-glazed windows fitted. 1 developed a defect - an internal crack. Expected this in good faith to be covered by the 10 Yr guarantee, but turns out this guarantee is almost worthless. The only example Rayleigh Glass could give me of a defect that would be covered is a failing with the sealing. I think it would have been a courtesy to at least send somebody around to have a look at the defect in the affected window. We went with Rayleigh Glass because we thought they were a trustworthy local business. Don't feel they're trustworthy now, at least not after they have your money.

Glass breakage is an exclusion shown in our terms and conditions, perhaps this wasn't properly explained however it is shown in our guarantee.
We offer a cost priced replacement in this situation but this doesn't seem to have satisfied this customer
