John fixed a couple of gaps in our guttering a day after giving a very reasonable quote. He took the time to explain the issue (poor workmanship - missing supporting screws) and make some recommendations around cleaning. From the outset John was very professional. He promptly came to review the work that was needed & followed that up with a quote 24hrs later we agreed a start date shortly after. His communication was excellent throughout. He proposed solutions when we needed to adapt a few things & even highlighted some issues that needed to be addressed to avoid future damage, which he dealt with at the same time saving us future costs. John was tidy, his work was excellent & represented value for money.
