John was very quick to respond to our query. He was the only roofer out of three who offered to investigate why we had rotten soffits and if there was an issue with our roof causing the wood to rot. He quickly diagnosed the problem. This was resolved so that there wouldn't be future damage and the old soffit boards were replaced and painted. He took photos of the work before and after (as we are scared of heights). John was very polite, professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. He happily returned twice to make a few adjustments and left everything tidy. Highly recommended!

Came out the same day to give quotation to replace a collapsed porch. Very helpful and suggested an appropriate replacement that was made to order. Once made, they completed the work in just 2 days. The work is of a high standard and cannot fault this company and would definitely recommend them.

John fixed a couple of gaps in our guttering a day after giving a very reasonable quote. He took the time to explain the issue (poor workmanship - missing supporting screws) and make some recommendations around cleaning. Very pleased with the result and would recommend Raw Roofing.
