  Duane was so helpful from the first time I spoke to him. He made us feel very reassured about the pest issue we had. Duane has a very calming presence and you’ll feel more than comfortable with him in your home. He was honest and transparent and we couldn’t recommend him enough.

  Not only does RatBoy Slim have a great name, the service delivers as well. Firstly, RatBoy, aka Duane, is a very nice person who is easy to communicate with. And he's reliable - he arrived on time for each visit. Secondly, he genuinely wants to help and keep your costs as low as possible, which is why payment on each visit works well, rather than a one-off cost. With us, he explained everything very clearly, offered his recommendation, but also offered us a choice of approaches. Duane successfully resolved our mice issue, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

  Duane is exceptional. After a disappointing experience with two previous pest control companies for our rat problem, we are relieved to have finally found Duane, who is thoughtful, knowledgable, responsive, and effective. Not only is he the best pest control person I’ve ever met, he’s one of the best tradespeople I’ve ever dealt with.   After catching a couple of rats in the garden, then seeing one in my kitchen and finding evidence in my loft space, I realised it was time to call in the professionals. I was recommended to Ratboy Slim Pest Control by a family member. I can honesty say it’s one of the best recommendations I have ever had. After 4 visits I am now rat free!! A very professional service, thorough investigation, processes & recommendations fully explained and clean & tidy. The Cost, very good value, charged per visit. I would highly recommended this company right here, right now!!!!!
