We used Duane's services last year, so I did not hesitate to call him again when we found out carpet had been chewed. He has been extremely thorough and helpful as we are in a leasehold property, which may require freeholder to take some responsibility. Would recommend his services as he takes care and time to check for entry points and other issues.
