Excellent service and communication, many thanks

Duane was fantastic from start to finish. Very clear about what he was going to do and potentially how long it would take. In fact he sorted it quicker than anticipated and we would highly recommend him.

Duane is fantastic. He clearly explained the issue and the process for sorting it out, did a thorough survey (including offering a free survey to our neighbours), set up traps, caught 9 rats, and helped us consider possible entry points to prevent future issues. He helped us get our situation under control over the course of around 7 visits.

Duane was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in responding, did an excellent, thorough assessment and job, and provided great advice to solve the problem in the future. Would highly recommend.

If you have any pest control work needs doing Duane is the guy your looking for. I can not recommend him highly enough. I had rats in my roof and had tried dealing with it myself unsuccessfully, so called Duane and he thought the job through not only to catch the rats i had but to prevent them from returning. Without just putting poison everywhere so you have no control of where the rats died. I have been pest free for a couple of months now Duane has completed the job. Duane is always punctual and his prices are very fair for the time he puts into the job.
