After catching a couple of rats in the garden, then seeing one in my kitchen and finding evidence in my loft space, I realised it was time to call in the professionals. I was recommended to Ratboy Slim Pest Control by a family member. I can honesty say it’s one of the best recommendations I have ever had. After 4 visits I am now rat free!! A very professional service, thorough investigation, processes & recommendations fully explained and clean & tidy. The Cost, very good value, charged per visit. Duane was nothing short of amazing. We had an issue with rats in the loft a year prior that was dealt with by the council and only baited twice. They were back this year and with a vengeance. Duane not only surveyed out property properly inside and out, including drains but also the neighbouring properties either side and one beyond. He found the root cause being from the drains and suspected internal soil stack in the neighbouring property and fitted the appropriate drain gate to stop the issue. We are now rat free as is all of our neighbors. Will always go back to him for any such issue.

Building work had let mice / rats and squirrels in. Arrived on time - wow does he know his trade! Detailed / forensic - full survey. Set traps same day and caught stuff first night. Best in class.
