Overall, the work completed has been completed to a good standard. However, communication & customer service have been poor. Initially, they lived up to their name of quick and reliable, however, after bringing the wrong bath tap, it took countless chasing and 3 weeks to finish. They tried to backtrack on the agreed costs, but luckily I had everything in writing. On the day of job completion, I was told that if I had any issues with the work, not to contact them. The engineers who attended were polite, courteous & skilled but the customer service & communication from management was poor.

They were able to fit us in the following day and already had the part for our Vaillant boiler in stock. Chad was super friendly and showed me how to configure the boiler. Good price and nice and simple 10/10
