Did everything well Fitted a boiler

The young engineer was respectful. No display of arrogance usually associated with plumbers who sometimes think they are NASA Engineers . He took his time to install the pump . He also tightened the U joint underneath the handwash basin without quibbles unlike other plumbers who will argue that it is a separate job even though I advertised the two jobs together . One thing is that the shower does not come on immediately when it is lifted up as it is designed to do. It takes around 40 seconds to come on. This is annoying sometimes if you are rushing out or soap in the eyes .

Hot water wasn't working. Rapid Response found the problem in two minutes and fixed it within an hour

Lived up to their name of Rapid Response. Boiler stopped working Friday night. Saturday morning cleaned sensor, replaced pump and checked circuit board (as error codes suggested). This 18 year old boiler needed replacing though. All ordered and replaced in 3 days (including weekend). Good communication, really tried hard to repair the old one but new one replaced without further delays. Recommend 👍

Work was well planned to minimise time and disruption. All done competently.

Polite, personable, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and competitive. In our experience I have no reservations in recommending Chandan and GP.
