Amazing service from Gurprashad! After having another company come and look at our broken boiler they had said its best to replace it. Although, Rapidheat247 came and serviced the boiler the next day and it's working again. I would highly recommend and will be using again.

GP from Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job. He responded to our urgent request to remove and reinstall a radiator, arriving within a few hours of us contacting him, and carried out the work unbelievably quickly and to a great standard. He was also very friendly and reassuring. On top of this, he spotted a gas leak as soon as he entered the property and was fantastic in helping us sort the issue and putting the other residents of the block at ease. I will definitely be booking him again for future work and would recommend him to anyone!

Boiler replacement. Chad contacted me straightaway and was patient until I decided whom I wanted to appoint. Rapid Response carefully explained what the work would involve, how long it would take and what would need to be switched off and on. The work was committed to the very next day, which was appreciated. The engineer went about the Worcester boiler replacement diligently, was polite and efficient. And where a part could not be installed (bottom outside cover plate) it was explained why and that it did not affect the boiler workings. I would use Rapid Response again.
