    A locksmith arrived the same day as my initial enquiry. He was professional, efficient, and kept everything tidy. He adjusted my door so that it fit more cleanly into its frame - which was a nice bonus. The door locks and unlocks very smoothly now. Very satisfied with the outcome.

    We have used keytek before so we knew we would get a good response and outcome. Arrived the same day and fixed the problem before sunset. Reasonable price in the circumstances.

    Fast and efficient service if not a tad expensive

    Friendly and efficient staff both in person and over the phone. Was quite surprised that the locksmith turned up in what appeared to be a personal car and without a means of visibly associating them with the company e.g. livery top or name badge. However, the work was done quickly and to a satisfactory standard and official invoice and papers provided at the end so all ok. Also £240 for 40 minutes work is a tad pricey for a small part and labour.
