The Locksmith got here as quick as possible given local traffic conditions and completed the job quickly and professionally. I was left a little confused though, as I was given the impression he would have an rfid reader of some sort to receive payment, but he actually just phoned the card details to someone instead, handling the card while doing so. Not the most "secure" method. It was also a lot more than I expected, given I was told £85 for work and then materials on top. I didn't expect a Euro Cylinder to be charged as high as £65 or for those numbers to not include VAT.

Struggled with the front door lock on our home which we had just completed on earlier that day and unfortunately locked ourselves out that evening :( Steve came to our rescue and replaced the lock quickly and with such a friendly attitude. He helped alleviate an already stressful day!!

My PVC front door lock was not functioning. We contacted Keyteck Locksmith.Their response was swift & efficient. The engineer arrived at the agreed time with a 15 minute notification of arrival. The Engineer was professional efficient & personable.The problem was fixed within half an hour - so impressive. The engineer was courteous & polite with a friendly manner.Also excellent value for money! Certainly would highly recommend!
