    Excellent service

    Graham and his team were so easy to talk to and provided a super professional service. They did a CCTV first then got to work on the drain work for our garage conversion. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and communication through the process!

    Blocked sink & bath

    This company is exactly what it says rapid response absolute fabulous from the company contacting me the plumber calling and unblocked my sink & bath all within approximately an hour. Unbelievable fast quick service would highly recommended and use again if I needed too.

    Fixed Storm Drain

    Many thanks to Rapid Response who did a detailed survey of the problem drain before giving a full breakdown of the quote they gave. They turned up promptly on the day with a friendly team, and got straight to work. They kept me informed throughout the day, and showed me any problems with their camera tool. There are some further problems with root ingress down the line as well, but they didn't put pressure on me to commit to any further works and explained it didn't need to be fixed immediately. Finished off the job neatly and very happy with works. Would call them again.

    blocked drain

    the company unblocked the main sewer drain. went along pipe with a camera. I was shown the broken pipe which had caused the problem. they fitted a sleeve repair.
