Had a problem with the drain at my property, rapid response fixed it, responded quickly, communication was good, Andy the guy who came round was polite and professional. Would use them again.

Many thanks to Rapid Response who did a detailed survey of the problem drain before giving a full breakdown of the quote they gave. They turned up promptly on the day with a friendly team, and got straight to work. They kept me informed throughout the day, and showed me any problems with their camera tool. There are some further problems with root ingress down the line as well, but they didn't put pressure on me to commit to any further works and explained it didn't need to be fixed immediately. Finished off the job neatly and very happy with works. Would call them again.

the company unblocked the main sewer drain. went along pipe with a camera. I was shown the broken pipe which had caused the problem. they fitted a sleeve repair.
