I had a call from this company almost as soon as I’d submitted. I wanted to get a couple of quotes at least and once I had one from another company and understood their timeline for visit I returned to Rapid Response who could attend that day, complete the job with additional identification of the problem at a far cheaper price. I’ve since had their invoice to pay along with a full report and quote for remedial work. Exceptionally efficient!

My experience with them was excellent, I liked the communication from the start, good listening and effective responses. They have got the experience and the confidence to approach any problems, unlike other people looking for easy jobs. I also liked the fact that they sent me a full diagnostic report with the findings, including pictures from CCTV and site work; this transparency is valuable. They made decision-making very simple and easy; I had no doubts about the issue or the work needed, and I was well informed of the cost. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
