An engineer was out within hours to assess the job, it was found that I needed two new gullies. They were back within a few days to do the job. The lads who came to do the job were very polite and efficient, they didn’t stop from start to finish. The block paving had to be lifted and they put that back to how it was and left the whole area spotless. To cap it off the girls on the phone were so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We contacted Rapid Response Drain Care Ltd following a visit to my parent’s house by Northumbrian Water. We needed a new gully to be installed due to a kitchen waste pipe emptying into the wrong drain. Prior to work beginning, I needed Rapid Response to contact Northumbrian Water regarding the works, and Graham was very accommodating in doing so, explaining what was required. When it came to the works itself, the lads who did the job were very friendly and professional, working non-stop and leaving the site as tidy as when they arrived.
