    Blocked Outside Drain

    I had a blocked outside drain that overflowed when the washer emptied. On arriving, the engineer quickly determined that the pipework from the drain didn't connect to my inspection chamber, but via a separate route route. From then he went on to clear the blockage from the drain side and clear any mess that had been made. Drain now working well. Would certainly recommend for both speed of service, excellent communication and efficient, friendly staff.

    Professional and punctual

    I got in touch with Rapid Response on a Sunday night. The job wasn't an emergency but I had just noticed an issue so addressed it. They got back to me immediately saying they could get someone out the next day. The engineer turned up in the morning and resolved the issue. I was then sent an in-depth report of the works carried out with photos and further recommended works if desired. I couldn't have asked more from them.
