  Restored my faith in trades people

  Rob talked me through a problem with my old Rangemaster cooker over the phone. His advice sorted the problem and all working fine . He could easily have come out and charged instead. I can’t recommend him enough. A real old school Gentleman.

  Electric Oven Fix

  Fast, friendly, efficient and great price. Rob called same day as the enquiry and came the following day (much quicker than I expected which was fantastic.) Oven fixed and offered some great advice to keep it running smoothly for years to come. Would highly recommend.

  Incredibly honest and genuine man

  Rob came to our house to fix our range cooker. After identifying the problem he had a very honest conversation with me and advised me that fixing the oven was not the best option financially. He spent over an hour taking the cooker apart, showing me the damage and explaining what was wrong. When he came to leave I asked how much I owed him. His response was 'nothing as I haven't fixed the problem'. I felt dreadful not paying for his time but he was adamant that he wouldn't take payment. Rob was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation recommending Rob.

  Quick oven element replacement.

  I called Rob late yesterday evening as our 9 year old AEG oven failed to heat up as we were making dinner. Not only did Rob call me straight away but arranged to come out this morning. He replaced the element and in the space of half an hour we were up and running! I would 100% recommend Rob, he is so professional, friendly and obviously knows his stuff. He is also very reasonable on cost. Thank you!

  Definitely worth a call

  Called Rob because I read somewhere my cooker should be serviced. Even though it cost him a job he explained I would be wasting time & money calling him out. He then took extra time looking up part numbers for some cosmetic fixes I wanted and for door seals, walked me through fitting the seals and cleaning jets on the gas job., Will definitely call him if I do have any repairs I need done, he is honest, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful.

  Heating element replacement in SIEMENS double oven

  Had a call from for help a friend to say that her tenants oven had stopped working. A bit of research in the local area led me to Rapid Oven Repairs. I gave Rob a call the evening before and explained the case. He was there the next morning bright and early and the oven was back on line in record time . Needless to say, the tenant and my friend were delighted ! Rob is a highly efficient and extremely helpful gentleman who I recommend without reservation.
