  Brilliant quick and professional service. Replied to phone call promptly and repaired same day.. Gave me a quote on what he thought it would be which was cooker element. Price was very reasonable and explained what he was doing and what could have caused the heating element to fail. Gave a guarantee on work. Would highly recommend this person.

  We had a problem with the gas oven; Rob gave us a few ideas over the phone, which has worked. The most helpful, genuine professional person. Highly recommended, will keep his number for future and to pass around. Won't look anywhere further.

  Flavel Milano 100 main oven repair

  Rob replaced our main oven element which had tripped our supply breaker and burnt out. Excellent job and highly reccomended. Total cost very reasonable and paid with thanks. He is very friendly and chatty. A pleasure to employ him.

  Restored my faith in trades people

  Rob talked me through a problem with my old Rangemaster cooker over the phone. His advice sorted the problem and all working fine . He could easily have come out and charged instead. I can’t recommend him enough. A real old school Gentleman.

  Electric Oven Fix

  Fast, friendly, efficient and great price. Rob called same day as the enquiry and came the following day (much quicker than I expected which was fantastic.) Oven fixed and offered some great advice to keep it running smoothly for years to come. Would highly recommend.

  Incredibly honest and genuine man

  Rob came to our house to fix our range cooker. After identifying the problem he had a very honest conversation with me and advised me that fixing the oven was not the best option financially. He spent over an hour taking the cooker apart, showing me the damage and explaining what was wrong. When he came to leave I asked how much I owed him. His response was 'nothing as I haven't fixed the problem'. I felt dreadful not paying for his time but he was adamant that he wouldn't take payment. Rob was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation recommending Rob.
