Rob was 100% reliable and communicated really well. He turned up at the house quickly and kept in touch when having to order in the parts, letting me know when they'd been delivered and consequently carried out the work very quickly after receiving them. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly call him again should I need to in the future.

I telephoned Rob first thing on Monday morning and he came round within an hour - he did an excellent job on the repair at a very reasonable price - nothing was too much trouble. He is also a very nice man and I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob.

Rob was a true professional. Following initial contact Rob was very quick to respond and arrive at my home to carry out the necessary work. The cost to complete the work was reasonable and completely justifiable for a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. As a retired Chartered Marine Engineer myself, I have every confidence in the work carried out by Rob and I have no hesitation in recommending Rapid Oven Repairs to carry out Oven Repairs. Rob from Rapid Oven Repairs,contacted me within 10 mins of posting the required on Checkatrade.I called him back and asked him if he could look at my Sisters faulty dual fuel oven ,and as he was not far away he said he could be there within 30 mins.To my amazement,I got a call from my sister 30 mins later saying Rob had been,diagnosed the fault,repaired it and tested it and all was working perfectly.Absolutely first class service,having been a service engineer before I retired,i can honestly say that as well as charging a very reasonable fee,Rob was the complete professional,well done.
