Ron responded quickly to my request for a visit to look at the work and gave me a quote within 24hours. His workmen were friendly and polite and took great care to make sure my cat did not escape when we had to prop the door to the house open. They made a nice job of relaying my kitchen roof, retiling the roof of the bay window and renewing guttering, fascias and soffits. They left the place clean and tidy afterwards. The quote was also cheaper than 2 other companies who had also quoted for the work.

We had Internal leaks from our chimney and called out R&S. Very happy with initial contact, inspection and quote. Chimney was beyond repair and removal was recommended as our best option due to the property no longer requiring a functioning fireplace. The whole team carrying out the work were very polite and professional completing the job in one day leaving the site clean and tidy after. Very happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend R&S.
