    Washing machine drum broken.

    Ashley was very prompt in replying to my post. He was clear and upfront about the cost and what could be achieved. He came the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Unfortunately wasn’t able to repair as the cost of parts made it uneconomical. Great advice during diagnosis and on what to do next.

    Washing machine repair

    Couldn't have been more helpful. Fatty wax sludge had built in my machine. Ashley replaced the seal and explained that this is caused by using too much liquid detergent and fabric softener. Explained how to best care for my machine going forward so as to avoid a repetition of this. So knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you
